Picked this up from the video store last evening. Craps, the post production or editing work is crappy!!!! Dubbed in Mandarin and the lips are not in sync!!! Mad

Although I've only watched episode 1, I love Yuen Biao fist fight scenes. And he looks good in the series. Nick Tse looked too clean/good looking to play this role. Razz

Anyways, Yuen Biao plays "Leung Zhan"...the same role he played in Real Kung Fu, TVB series.

i think nicholas tse is hot!

littlestream SG

Ewwww... Nick. Not man enuff for the role. Confused

Donnie Yen would be a perfect it but he has done much in this area.

I am up to epi 7 from last nite. Really love Yuen Biao!!!! Wink

At 50 years, he still can moves and moves good!!!

Here's a clip. Noticed the fight sequence is faster when he fights Sammo Hung. It showed chemistry.

In an interview, Sammo indicated that he agreed to do this series partly for his younger son, Sammy Hung...who looks a tad like Donnie Yen.

Omniknight SG

what is leung zhan

littlestream SG

Erm, sorry to add (nothing against Nic) but Nic looks too stylish and idol-pai to be in this role. That kung fu "dai" is not there and it showed.

Sammy Hung has better stance and movements. Razz

littlestream SG

oh, maybe it's spelt leung jan?

Yuen Biao & Sammo learnt martial arts before so the stance and fight sequences come natural. I'm still quite perplexed how come Sammo still so flexible even tho his body shape has been liked that since a long time. Laughing

littlestream SG

yeap......it's a treat to see the oldies at it and still good. yuen biao younger days of "the prodigal son" is really a must-have/keep Wink

hanor....i really don't know how sammo moves man! Laughing

btw, i really wanna learn wing chun!!! Embarassed
