maybe i shouldnt say it is dragging, elaborate seems more appropriate. very typical of mainland-produced dramas.

as usual the actresses are all very pretty.

well even if you have seen the fiction novel,it is not that great as compared to the standard of what Jin Yong has produced. The plot of the fiction is also very random skipping from one encounter to another in their quest to overturn the empire.There is also almost zero character development in the novel as well.It will just briefly skip over how each of those 7 sword got their skills and then it is on to all the random fights.This is the part that cannot be compared to Jin Yong’s novels where there is really indepth character development so that you can get into the character and feel for it.

as the show progresses the fighting moves gets better and better.

overall it is worth watching.

well i think you should not waste time on it anymore.

If you have read the original chinese novel,you will know that it is just a story with not much story line,just lots of random fighting here and there.It is just a short 2 books without much storyline to begin with but the director want to drag it out over 5 episodes?

If even the original book version is not able have any substantial storyline,i doubt this supposed planned for dragged out over 5 episode film version will be any better,maybe just making it worst.

Unless you are just interested in fighting scenes and nice graphic stuff
