I'm friends with a cleaner at a local library and I noticed that
his feet are sort of arch/twisted unnaturally. I asked him why and
he said that it was an injury from a few decades back when he was
younger.
(can't wrap around the 'upload image' feature, keeps seeing
broken links)

He's able to walk right now, abeit arched; on the outside of his
feet.
He also mentioned that it worsened as he got older.
He refuses to see a doctor. He depends on pain relief medication
that he gets from chinese medicinal halls
Is there any way, with proper treatment, that he can walk
normally again? (what kind of treatment)
If he doesn't get treated; will it become so bad in the future
that he'd have to move around in a wheelchair?
Thank you for your time
