Feel like vomiting when nervous or eating

Hi guys , i have this problem , everytime i feel nervous , i would feel like vomiting , but didnt vomit anything out yet. and sometimes when i am eating , the same thing would happen , i don't know what's wrong with me and last week , took my ippt , after the 5 static station , i felt like vomiting again due to nervous-ness for the 2.4km run and i fall out from the run due to me feel like vomiting. Can anyone help me with this? i really need help. Thanks

yeah i am lacking of water and rest , i am doing midnight job. maybe tts the case , i will try to drink more water.
