Any good doctors to recommend for piles?

anyone experienced piles and got it solved? which clinic did u visited? i was afraid that most general practitioners does not have that much relevant knowledge on it and i might end up wasting time visiting one after another. those specialists at mount elizabeth, gleneagle would be quite expensive. so any not too exp n good ones to recommend? :)

I do not have piles but I read about it. Your condition has to be assessed by a competent doctor in order to determine the right treatment - medication or surgery.

Not all GP are competent. And you should avoid TCM. You can call any hospital to enquire whether they have any specialist in haemorrhoid (piles) but most likely not because this kind of surgery comes under "general surgery".

Depends on how severe your piles is. There are actually a new "pain" less technique call THD advertised on the newspaper. My dad done his THD at Mt E. by Dr SM Heah. Almost no pain and recovery is fast. Can google around. Hope it helps
