Having grown up in the 90's, I sometimes wonder what is it about
this decade that so many young people are fascinated with? Is it
the music? The fashion? The pop culture? The colours? or just the
attitude?
If you are born in the 80's or later, what are some of the icons
that you find cool?
For me, i think is the ah liangs tat chiong tea dance,night disc
& the ktv girls is one of the factor tat make it cool
bah,skipped sch is the "in thing" last time..
No doubt some may still maintain the figure,some already mother
etc..
Remembered got a while is the converse slippers & wear the
colour band on wrist & the transparent smaller size
umbrella.
Music is techno, but ppl tel me is eurodance..
Fashion is mostly branded, packaging from head to toe can starts
from $600/- .
For guys>Simple t-shirt like moschino can be $200/-,jeans from
mcm can be $ 300/-wallet from jpg can be $150/-belt is either mcm
or medusa head,easily $500/-
Colours is very bright & crazy, Ferre jeans last time got
flower prints,gauliter jeans got many bald head,mcm is many gold
studs,roccobarrco is alot of diamonds(fake lah,like those OG
auntie's clothes).Sometime on body clothes can pass $1k/- but
wallet less then $50.Also got the 盐水裤。
Attitude, last time ppl could'nt care less, see not happy just
fight,now days, i see new age gangster, very special, staring
incident lead to quarrel, all in english...except for the usual
valgurities.
