black-brown substance in sperm

hi, i had a very sensitive qns to ask, pls advise if guys know the ans....i just don't why when every time i shoot out my sperm, there will be some black brown liquid in my sperm, so some are milky colour and some are black brown,normally the black brown liquid will shoot out 1st then follow by the normal one,what does this mean?

actually i did see a doctor, but he say is normal...after taken the medicine, its recover but now come again...that why i was thinking is there any fellow folks have the same experience as me...no pain when the sperm is ejaculate
