I have blocked nose since young. the condition worsened when I
used Afrin, where it relieves your nose very fast, side effects
include palpitations, heart beat faster, blood condition goes up
and the rebound effect ( you are addicted to it).
I have seen a specialist. He prescribed Nasonex (Nasal spray)
and pills to eat. The pills are great, that it makes you easier to
breathe, but the pills only last for 1 week. I cant be relying on
pills to breathe all my life isnt it. When I am awake and up and
running, I feel fine. When I lie on my bed sleeping, I cant seem to
breathe. I have been using the Nasal spray for a few months, still
doesnt improve much. The specialist said I may need a surgery
in future.
anyone here also encounter same problem and goes for surgery?
how is it and how much does it costs?
