Excessive Sweating

I have excessive sweating, tend to sweat easily and a lot. is there anything I can do to reduce the sweating? like botox or surgery to reduce the sweat glands?

i suggest,
eat less spicy food like less sambal or chilli.
drink alot of plain water.

botox paralyses the sweat glands for a few mths maybe 6mths? differs from person to person. many celebrities will do that b4 impt occasions to avoid ugly sweat patches e.g underarms.

surgery removes or destroys e sweat glands, but i have read somewhere tat the sweat will increase for other parts of the body, although e area that is operated remains dry. my ex colleague did his underarm and palms, think it cost him 10k or so..

wow that is so expensive for surgery to remove sweat glands. is there any medication whereby stop you from sweating a lot?
