Medicines have expiry dates. At the very least they may become
ineffective over time, and at the very worst, deadly.
In the first place, if those are prescription medicines, then
you have no authority to distribute them. Some prescription meds
are open to abuse, in case you didn't know.
And if some fella is allergic to the medication that you give
him, and he suffers from anaphylactic shock as a result, well, good
luck to you. I'm guessing a manslaughter charge would be on the
cards for you.
Yeah, sure, give away your prescription medications. Then when
the sh*t hits the fan, there will be full proof of your crime on
sgforums that you yourself put up. Cheers!
