Received a HOTA booklet today and there are many things that are
omitted from the forms. For opting out , you are only opting out
not to remove the kidney, liver, heart and Cornea only. Is that
means that other parts above mentioned does it means that the rest
are removable?
There is no option available for total non-removable. Is this a
case of misleading the public that to donate the rest of the body
except the 4 organs mentioned in the form if one sign the opt out
form?
Please read carefully before signing the opt out form. Is there
another form available for total opt out. It is not in the website:

I thought HOTA included only kidney, liver, heart and cornea to
begin with?
If you want to donate anything else you need to pledge them
using a certain form.
