AndrewPKYap SG it could be an ulcer... like the kind that you get in the mouth... use mouth ulcer gel and see... it could be a fungal infection... that one is hard to cure... but you can try anti-fungal medicine and see... but fungal infections always come back regularly and so you must apply it even after it heals... could be piles... try anti piles cream....
