Well, the first thing you could do is see a doctor to make sure
that it's safe to start on any lotions or medication to treat the
hives. Furthermore, a doctor may be able to diagnose a possible
skin disorder.
Once that's done, I would recommend T4 Skin Cleanser. I think you
can buy that at Watson's, it's pretty cheap. It's used to clear
body acne, which may be the cause of your hives.
