my knees are particularly fond of giving me problems but
disappear when i am seeing the doc.
varying symptoms over the years which i thought was due to my
weight( 65-57kg at 169-170cm)
until i get my hands on a anatomy guide on my knees i think i have
to use very layman terms.
types of pain, front-exterior, sides-exterior, deep within the
knee, ligaments,
and also stiffness of the knees.
there are times when i detect this sound whenever i extend and
retract(?) my knee, this even the MO was able to hear.
everytime i climb up the stairs, my knees seemed to be damn stiff,
as if glue replaced my synovial fluid.
occasionally i suspect inflammation of the SF because sometimes the
joints get sore and it does feel abit "hot" inside.
