Know of a few.
One of them is Turner's Syndrome, named after Henry Turner.
Another one is Huntington's Disease, named after Dr Huntington who
inherited the disease. 
The last one I know of is Tay-Sachs Disease, named after two
doctors, Dr Bernard Sachs and Dr Warren Tay.
