...he got peptic ulcer lar... a middle aged Indian guy, when he
got in, he complained of chest pain... then we ran all the tests -
protocol for heart attack and he was lying down when all of a
sudden while I was examining him, he started coughing real bad,
then stopped, and then vomited the whole enchilada... clinched the
diagnosis there and then...
