No lar... anything inside the body is kept at a core temperature
which is different from the outside, the peripheries though will
change accordingly to the environment by vasoconstriction or by
hair standing on ends (piloerection).
Poop, fart and urine are maintained at body temperature, so when
you pass them out, it comes into contact with the body outside (the
skin) and hence you will feel the temperature difference.
For guys, after coming out from cinema, going to pee in a urinal,
they will find it warm...
