needed me to furnish you with a yearly fitness report. Since u gave
me a year to prepare and even offered me rebates, if I did well, I
conceded to it.
Recently, you changed the rules suddenly. I have been dutifully
reporting to you whenever I head overseas. Is it so hard for you to
send me an sms or email? If its so hard you should not even charge
me for leaving Singapore the other time. Oh are you going to say
that you decided to change it suddenly! "Dear sir please do not

This changed affects me directly. It is only polite of you to have
a discussion with me. Haven't you been trying to promote a
courteous relationship? What happen to the democratic ideals we
live by? This change is not even win-win! All the talks about
getting a win-win situation with Mr M are empty. Please practice
what you preach.
I understand that I am in no position to complain since I got the
BC. I can only suck thumb. I heard that nowadays you are concern
about your customers opinion. Hope this help in improving your
customer service department.
