A boy named Jay is walking on a pavement.
When he sees a traffic policeman walking towards him,
he immediately sits down on the pavement even though the
pavement is quite dirty.
The traffic police is curious why the boy suddenly sits down on
the pavement
and he walks to the boy to see what he can do to help the
boy.
The boy called out loudly "You cannot fine me. I am not
walking"
