My friend was asked by this company to be groomed, but she need to work for them for a certain amount of time. I wonder is this company a hoax or to cheat people, please help asap.

as long as no need to pay the company money to groom her can already...

and make sure she read the contract thrice and very carefully in the clauses to see whether need to pay back money to company if she decides to quit...

remember... it is the company that pay the person salary... not the person pay the company upfront to buy its products (MLM/ pyramid selling) or pay the company to groom her (e.g. some scamming model portfolio agencies...)
