I suggest you go and find out more about the modules. Their
description is too brief. I can barely tell you if it's worth
it.
Some questions to ask:
1. What programming languages are taught?
2. What softwares are they using?
3. What operating system are they using? Not important if you
adapt to changes fast. Some design softwares such as Photoshop work
on Mac and Windows, but their user interface differs on both
operating systems. If you cannot adapt to changes fast, knowing a
skill is useless.
Now they offer above course (1-year part-time diploma in
Interactive Media) for S$5000, but as got gahmen subsidy, becomes
we pay around $1000++.
I suggest that you read carefully.
This is what's written on the website:
For Working Singaporeans, Funding by Surrogate Employer
Programme (SEP) via Mendaki & NTUC
This program applies to working Singaporeans who are
** subject to approval, with terms and conditions apply
Bold it for you to research.
For NTUC to help you, you need to be union member for at least 6
months, with T&C applied. Call up NTUC and ask. I'm not sure
about Mendaki, can call them up and ask as well.
