I am thinking of setting at least two sets of dryers on top of
washers with coin operated function in my new hdb flat, so that
tenants wont abuse the services readily.
How much does one set (washer and dryer) cost? And does
the company does regular maintenance of the washer/dryer, or the
landlord is the one responsible for clearing the coins off the
machines and maintaining it?

i also do it in my house, if not the maid may use to wash other
