She still wants to be a doctor though, even though she does not really like it. She has been working for at least 5 years I'm not sure. Right now she is a GP and she wants to specialise in gynecology.

why so late now then apply to specialise in Gynae? if she is accepted, will take another 5 years for her to complete her Gynae training.
