A foreign delegate once attended a meeting with his American
counterparts. The meeting became heated and its participants left
in a huff.
The foreign delegate had this puzzled look on his face, so one of
his aides told him that its ok, everything is over.
The delegate looked relieved, but then he frowned and asked.
Delegate: You know? There are many types of ship?
Aide: Yes.
Delegate: There are cargo ships, oil tankers, war-ships,
trawlers...
Aide: Of course.
Delegate: But there's this term the Americans use from time to time
which I do not understand.
Aide: What is it, sir?
Delegate: What's a 'bull-ship'?
