I think some here are forgetting what truly matters.
Why does one want children? There are many reasons, one of them
being that one loves children. Children are NOT commodities. Money
isnt everything. It can only provide one's life for comfort.
You dont BUY children. You have to create them and they can only be
created out of love. It is a 'labour' of love.
And if you love your children, do you think you will be contend
with $1,000 a mth salary? Definately you will find ways and means
to earn more money, to provide for them.
Buying mac, KFC, or pasta is not love. That is indulgence. Only
if you have spare cash. Children are adaptable, and if you can
teach and guide them, they will not want or hunger for kfc and the
like, but instead will work harder in school to achieve
success to buy luxuries of life later
That was how our forefathers, uneducated coolies, taught us,
which we excelled far beyond their expectations
today.
It will be tough to have kids on $1,000 a mth, but when you have
kids, you will automatically seek and work harder for better
salaries, if you truly love your kids.
In tough times such as these, where our salaries are hit, we as
society had not abandon our young, but had provided incentives for
struggling families in this difficult period, which is
temporary.
Therefore, it is not a question about a family if
they can survive on $1k or $10ka mth, but rather, do you
love children.
