the Bear SG okay.. some things have changed since the last time i posted this... still spinning with a houseball.. but recently got my paws on a horrendously heavy ball (i think it's 16lb) and learning the hook it's fun!
harmzuay SG If you want to be casual about it and can find a supplier/builder, then you can actually use any weight you wish. For sanctioned tournaments, bowling balls are limited between 6.0 and 16.0 pounds in weight after drilling.
