A world renowned hypnotist was invited by Prime Minister Lee
Hsien Long to give a performance at the esplanade.
At the night of his performance, many guests arrives and the whole
theatre was packed with audiences with Lee Hsien Long as the guest
of honour.
When everyone was seated, the hypnotist appeared on the stage and
invited Lee Hsien Long on stage to be his assistant.
The hypnotist took out his pendulum and said to the audiences,
"Ladies and Gentlemen, please look at my pendulum."
The hypnotist began swinging the pendulum and said, "Please swing
your hands in the air and quack like a duck."
sure enough, the whole audiences was hynotised and began swinging
their hands in the air and quacking like a duck.
"Now everyone please stand up and walk like a chicken." said the
hypnotist.
Sure enough, everyone did as told.
Lee Hsien Long was very impressed, he asked, "Amazing, what else
can you do?"
The hypnotist replied, "Now I should tell the audiences to sit down
first."
But suddenly, the pendulum slipped out of the hypnotist's hand and
dropped onto the floor.
"S.h.i.t!" said the hypnotist.
It took 2 weeks to clean up the esplanade.
