I do have something in that weight region, in fact a little lighter.

If you're testing reactive/particle equipment for the first time, I don't mind letting you have it FOC.

Actually it's Hanz's old ball, it's very light 14 and it's a Carbide/R err.... Brunswick I think. Black ball.

You would have to only pay for the replugging and redrilling. IF you leave the holes where they are, you actually only need to replug just the thumb. If you're keen, lemme know and we can arrange a time a place to meet up to pass you the bola.

yah.. its my first time getting a reactive after abt 7 yrs?
cant imagine i have been bowling with polyster ball for 7 yrs..

average past 2 yrs couldnt go up... tats y i need a reactive..
though my fren said i played like my ball is reactive..

I am a backup player in fact.. probably might have to replug..

eh...wow...'guidence' this word a bit too strong lah, james...

anyway, hm, personally i think that most of us will agree that we need balls for different lane conditions, so that we can adapt better, and let the ball work, rather than making ourselves work. So i do recommend that you shortlist the kind of conditions that you will more frequently encounter, and get balls that suit that kind of condition, (but of cos, driller makes a difference to the reaction of the drilled ball too...) Wink

hey bro, tat is my one and onli 19+ and is the first game. The rest of the game u got 14+ 15+ 16+ 18+ 18+ while me get onli 15+ 16+ 16+ 17+ 16+

i got wat u meant pal Laughing but sometimes i feel my ball reaction is not as good as wat i saw other bowlers bowl. The Impact of the pin is not BANG type

A coach told me this formula before...

Pin carry = ball mass + ball revolution + ball speed

i think this forumla is still not enough.... the way the bowler bowl affects too
and the ball drilling and type of ball use on the lane condition... im not saying u need 1 ball for each type of lane conditions... bowlers own adjustment is also very crucial... slight changes in your wrist movement will make a big difference on the lane...

Anyway... i ever been to lane condition that is really screwed up... u need house ball to play there...lol

Hope this helps... you could approach the alley's pro shop for reccomendation...but do beware that some may their to clear their old stock to u.... its up to u to believe it or not...

Yo James,

Ever considered using 14 lbs?

A few advantages, such as:

- Heavier weight balls (14-16) normally use a different core than those 13 and below, even if it is the same ball. What I mean to say is, for example, a 14 lb Messenger Ti has a different core than a 13 lb Messenger Ti.

- These cores are definitely better than the 3 piece cores (pancake) that the lighter balls utilise, as they allow you to have many different reactions depending on which drilling pattern you utilise.

- Not to mention that a lot of us here use 14 lbs ball, you'd definitely have access to more avenues of 2nd hand equipment!!!!
