How many of u here are from Lion Dance troupes?
I used to be in Lion Dance when I'm in school as my CCA!
I enjoy playing the cymbals and being the Lion Head!
Anyway, noticed that schools' (secondary, ITE, Poly, etc ) Lion
dance troupes dun teach u much Kung Fu at all? The most the Lion
Head get to stand on the Lion "Tail's " lap while he's crouching.
Unlike actual troupes where they teach all those advanced
moves.
Today, I went to Taka and saw the Lion Dance contest... it was
awesome!
Any of u here have any experience performing on top of the raised
platforms?
