Firstly, the school fees.
There are various financial assistance schemes which you can apply
for.
The first financial assistance scheme is compulsory. That is the
Tuition Grant. The government will pay about $12000 per year for
you. You have to apply before each school year starts. If you are a
Singapore student, you need not pay back to the government. If you
are a foreign student, you need to work here and repay back to the
government.
The next financial assistance scheme is CPF Education Scheme. If
you or your parents have enough money in the CPF, you can apply for
this scheme. Up to 40% of the Ordinary Account could be used. You
can check with CPF if you don't understand this part. There will be
interest charged. It is charged at the prevailing CPF rate. You
will start repaying one year after graduating. You have to pay in
cash, minimum is $100 per month. The maximum time to pay back is 10
years.
If you are a Malay student, you can consider the Mendaki Education
Scheme.
If there is sufficient money in your Edusave, you may use your
