If SG shopping center
banned groups of more than four
teenagers or children aged under 15 from congregating at the
centre
,What do u think the western media will report?
Max. 4 persons--The no. is near illegal assembly in SG!!
I think it will travel big and fast, another evidence of SG
police state.
Now,this mega Oz shopping center,
''largest shopping centre in the
Central Queensland region
''has already banned
group of more than 4 teenagers .
Why nobody bother to report?
Is it common for OZ malls to ban group of teenagers?
Hey,this shopping center come with 2100 parking lots.
I assume it is managed by very professional team.
It was very tough for them to make this decision.
Human rights group there of course made noise, calling the
ban
"discriminatory, punitive,
short-sighted and unenforceable".
Why does the mega mall refuse business?
Public order and safety----
North Rockhampton police officer-in-charge, Senior Sergeant
Murray Shields, said the violence had started several weeks ago and
ranged from "schoolyard-type scuffles" to a stabbing.
He said there had been "a few arrests" for offences including
disobeying a direction to move on and public nuisance.
Most "troublemakers" had been aged between 13 and 16 years.
Police had been called several times to disperse the crowds.

Stockland Rockhampton has banned groups of more than four
teenagers or children aged under 15 from congregating at the centre
on Thursday nights.
With more than 115 specialty stores and services, you’ll find a
great range of variety provided for your shopping needs.
Parking is convenient and easy with over 2,100 car parks available,
including 1,100 undercover parks.
At Stockland Rockhampton, I like it
here.
But without the troubles.
