Can we format OEM computer ourselves now?

I bought a new unit of OEM computer Asus K20CD model.

It does not come with a recovery or OS installation disk.

I have not contacted Asus support yet since there seems to be something wrong with their website. Cannot access the support page.

Just want to understand nowadays OEM PCs don;t shipp recovery or OS/drivers installation disc with their products? What if i want to repair or format the computer myself i can't do it? It will be very costly and troublesome to get Asus support to format when it should only be a simple task?

The OEM PC is running windows 10.

all comes with Manufacturer Retail Version also called Manufacturer OEM version

you can used any Asus windows 10 to install to any other asus model but the windows 10 must be from same brand - asus

if the windows 10 has been succeesfully activated on that asus

it WILL NOT asked you for activation AGAIN!

and with the internet connection or any other connection to the internet, the asus with windows 10 must access to the microsoft MAK servers to get it automatically activated.

after that you CANNOT change the motherboard cause the product key is tied to the motherboard (OEM version)
