How do I fix this problem of my hard disk?

henshin SG

Sometimes I faced this problem with several kind of hard disk. I got this hard disk which refused to allow other computers or my laptop to copy files onto it, even though I can copy things that’s in the hard disk out. I searched through the setting, but nothing can be done. Anyone can help me with it?
