Transfer picture files between laptop to Iphone/samsung

How can I transfer picture files from iphone to my office laptop? office disallow itunes and third party software. HELP?

Likewise, the same for samsung galaxy and laptop???

I tried doing that at "My Computer" but not able to? The only thing allow is transferring pictures files from iph to laptop but not the other way around.

1. Email to yourself, access email from phone and save photo.

2. Install the software in your home comp. Copy the files into thumb drive. Run the software on office pc from thumb drive without installing. Should still work.
