normally insufficient acceleration is when u are moving off.. when u lift up your clutch and the car vibrate... when i take TP.. whenever i reach the junction etc, i normally will release acclerator in case the traffic light turn red and not able to brake in time...

as for too long to check blind spot.. i mean just give a glance will do.. let tester assume u are a safe driver.. Laughing

i passed in my 1st attempt. actually u shld be confident. tt is the most impt give the tester a good impression tt u are capable of driving. be really very careful about yellow box. pesdestrain. all sort of thing tt may make u instant failure. good luck. Very Happy

Me 1st attempt passed le... I din staple cheque... ssdc student...

Me greet the tester wif confidence... then me tell him,"Sir, I'm v gan chiong... 1st time leh.."" Confused Then he say "Dun gan chiong... juz go"....

then got one right turn me dun dare to turn... he told me "turn turn"...

circuit kena 4 points liao.... then go out rd... 2 points...

6 points in total....

if on normal road, just engage gear 1, clutch in n hold brake. if it's on slope den need pull handbrake.

Like to ask for help.
I am taking my third attempt today. Sigh... nervous....
The other time the tester say I keep holding on the clutch when in circuit. Circuit time do you all go on first gear throughout? Second gear too fast right? First gear then dunno when should step on accelerator ... coz scared later release clutch car die down.... how.. advise??

have got 1 question on one of the CDC test routes, can't exactly remember the test route number but its near the T junction whereby on the right is maha bodhi school and on the left is the bus stop.

at the exit of the bus stop, there's a yellow box and immediately after the yellow box is the pedestrain crossing.

so my question is, when im going straight and im behind the yellow box and the light turns amber, what to do? cos if i were to stop after the yellow box. i'd be on the pedestrian and if i were to stop before the pedestrian i'd be on the yellow box.

Stop at pedestrian crossing immediate failure, stop at yellow box immediate failure.

If you got such situation, try to speed up before the traffic light turns amber. If not, be prepare to stop before the yellow box even if you have to do an E-BRAKE!!! Better than immediate failure!!

r u sure u can speed up b4 traffic light? suppose to slow down right? wad i tink is tt, u slow down b4 traffic light. then if u cross the yellow box, in the MIDDLE of the box le then the traffic light bcome amber, u cont to go. cos no time to brake properly. if u juz cross the box, maybe got enough time to brake le. BUT u will be IN the yellow box. i suppose that is not consider a fail right, coz is not our fault.... i feel tt its is better to stop in the yellow box than to beat the red light n knock ppl down. am i correct? i also not sure. pls advice

eh u shld noe yellow box is immediate failure.. my instructor once told me, better to be far away frm the box, than to be 1mm poke into the box. Reason is simple, if you can't even stop before a yellow box, wad if i tell u to stop just before touching a yellow wall? 1mm into a box not big deal, 1mm into the wall means crash already.

or if u flying a plane, i ask u stay above the trees, which is better, stay FAR above the tree, or ur wing gonna touch the tree anytime but havent touch. Of course choose the safer option, stay further.

TS: advice for ur 2nd test? Always choose the safer, more courteous, and more logical option
