Hey i really need help urgently, last saturday I withdrawn S$40
+ $1 charge to my POSB and according to Paypal, it will take 3-5
working days. Just now as i was opening my hotmail, i saw an email
from paypal saying:

It is true that i really have to add credit card? Or it is just
an advertisment or a scam? I dont want my $40 to be GONE just like
that just because i didnt add a credit card
