the optical connection is for 100mbps @home use and the price is

Monthly: $50.00/mth x 24 ($53.50 w/GST)

One-Time Charge: $200.00 ($214.00 w/GST)

regarding the one-time charge, does this means i just pay$200 and i do not need to pay$50 per months for 24months?

Btw sorry for consulting u with 1 more problem, because recently there is a 100mbps m1 connection promotion for students @only $39, and the eligibility criteria is just being a student right? because currently i do not have any existing m1 line, and my home telephone line is singtel, would like to enquire is it possible to have this internet connection while preserving my current singtel phone line
