Actually, if your system is not compromised, you don't have to
worry about it.
Maybe someone allocated the same IP due to NAT on ISP probably
had their systems compromised.
Do 1 check, if it is clean, just wait like 12hrs. Usually
network intrusion prevention systems will lift blocks over a period
of time.
