After unplugging the 12V additional CPU power, when power button
is pressed,(1) the power LED will come on for awhile with the CPU
fan also blowing at 100%(not my setting). (2)After that, the power
LED will stay on after power button is pressed and the fan at 100%
all the way.
After clearing CMOS, (1) does not happen, only (2).
@acid: PSU fan seems to be working fine. After doing as above,
nothing on display yes.
Everything is unplugged so far. fitted back RAM and graphics
card, still not working.
New Updates:
Tested with a different GPU and RAM, no change.
I have just read through MB user guide and found out that if i
dont plug in the EATX12V power plug, the MB will not boot. So the 2
issues stated in this quote is solved, the only problem is the
first one, the Computer cannot turn on.
