Web Hosting

Tenzin SG

Hi,

I have been using ixwebhosting (Business Plus Plan) for some time and getting sick with their slow loading time. Although tech support is very good, but I cannot afford slow speed for my ecommerce sites.

Anyone has any recommendations/insights/comments? There are just too many options out there and I do not entirely trust reviews as they are sometimes biased and might even be posted by the web hosters themselves.

I need a reliable company that can allow me to upgrade to dedicated web hosting within the next several months. I just need a decent one with good speed for global access now.

Local hosting services are out; overpriced for my needs.

Thanks!

JustHost or BlueHost, it's from the same company.

I personally prefer JustHost because of their service.

Yar, local hosting are overprice, but the speed is good. Reputable companies that i using now are SingaporeHosting and Vodien.. Vodien is excellent, never compromise on the speed de though its a little pricy

If cost is a factor, then go with daddy...

Thanks a lot! It does look promising and their site is really designed to entice; goes only to show that they are doing their customer oriented research. Do you have any site hosted by JustHost I could visit? I just need to get an idea how fast they are. And do you think the packages there can withstand load for a site with few thousand products, assuming fully SEOed?

I always regard local hosting services are for those whose operations are locally based and are time sensitive that require onsite service within 24hrs or much less. Pas pour moi...

I did a live chat with them and they pointed me to Singlehop for dedicated hosting packages. Not quite familiar with dedicated server options, any input for these folks?

Last time I used to host it with JustHost, but shutdown few months ago cos my target market is Sg and the loading time is not up to my expectations. I mean the page load as per normal, but not quite "fast" to me.
