Seen from a PC magazine in the NLB, Eset being the 1st antivirus, MSE being the 2nd.talk about free, i guess MSE is the better choice.

Yep it's good enough. A google online will answer all your doubts. You can search the tests done by independent AV labs on it's security too.

The best one is NOD32, but its not free. I loved using the old old old version, it was a plain simple GUI.
