i checked around, hd5450 on stress test is around 55-60 degrees,
if yours can hit 86, i think maybe your cpu airflow not good. try
to clean out the dust on the gpu and cpu fans, but then again, if
it doesn't crash your pc, then it's still okay, but try to do the
cleaning. i tink the card max temp is 100++ degrees
