Hey guys, i live in Jurong West and i cant' find in the internet when is the Fibre Optics going to be installed in my home. I havent recieved the letter from them and i'm afraid the free installation period is over. Any advice from u guys? I seriously hope the fibre optics will come to Jurong West by end of this year at least.

I wanted to apply online too but they need a username and password from the letter but i have yet to recieve such letter.

yep. me too . I live in Jurong West. I haven received the letter.
But the open net fibre optics had just installed till my stairway corridor.

Last month they install the points from ground floor to every floor but only near the staircase and not to our units.

So what are yours? did they install till yur staircase ?

if you don't want them to run new trunking, ask them to run the cable inside an existing one...my neighbour's wife just let them run a new trunking and it sticks out...also, it's cleaner and faster...

I have not received mine too

They have not install it on my staircase yet, i think mine is coming during may next year

Mine dunno when leh, they already installed at the staircase and other blocks already installed but ours haven't sia.
