PART ONE:
What operating system are you using?
Because:
1. Searching on the hp website about HP M9490D brings me to
this page.
2. On that page there is a link called "Software & Driver Downloads"
3. Clicking on that will bring me to a page where i need to select
my operating system.
4. And after going through all the available drivers for all the
available operating systems, i realise if i were to choose Windows
Vista, there is a driver called :

5. So i was thinking you can try installing it if your system
does not have the driver.

PART TWO:
1. Googling for free tv tuner program will lead me to
this website
2. You can try the programs listed there, i think they are
freewares.
My OS is windows 7 64-bit.
BTW,Your software link doesnt lead to anywhere.
Tried installing the driver but failed to.
