Finally got a new PC ^.^v (not fascinating but better than my
previous one lah...)
My problem now is that I have a Maxtor Shared Storage II which
is "incompatible"
with Windows 7. I tried using
their methods but only worked for a few times then my PC can't
detedt it anymore although my NETGEAR ROUTER says it's there.
Their website is quite detailed but doesn't solve my problem.
What I would like to ask is: since my Maxtor Shared Storage II is
connected through my router via an ethernet port/cable, can I get
those "ethernet to usb adapters/convertors" to connect my harddisk
to my PC straight without going through the router? Will/does it
work?
