foreigner wanna register .sg domains

my Name is Toni and I am from Germany,

I want to register a few .sg Domains but as a foreigner I need a local Admin contact,

This information is taking from .sg registry:

.sg domain is open to all applicants. Foreign applicants for domain names under .sg must appoint a local contact having a valid Singapore postal address as their administrative contact.

If you would like to help me out with a local Admin contact I can send you $30 for doing me this favor upon successfully registering .sg domains...

It's nothing illegal or anything fishy nor difficult at all, I have done this with domains in other countries already but unfortunately I have no friends in Singapore I could ask for this favor :)
