recently (this week) my com has been shutting down or restarting
by its own
sometimes it happens during a game and other times during casual
web surfing
its as if there was a power trip and everything went out
my cpu temps are about 52 degress
the last time it shut down was in the middle of playing bad company

my temps in game are around 57 degrees by the way
i turned off the auto restart in the system properties under
"start up and recovery" but it still happens
in event viewer, under critical events i get this message:
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This
error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or
lost power unexpectedly."
under error:
"Performance power management features on processor 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the
computer manufacturer for updated firmware."
