Parking is a problem though and most people just park at the side
of the road (3 or 4 lanes, can't remember ... i just eat there, not
count the lanes).

The HK cafe along east coast rd (exit ECP marine parade) that opens
from 6PM to 5AM, their branch at ECP, 12PM to 12AM.
Another prata shop is at evans road, next to the big stadium along
dunearn road. i think that's the old NIE. food's pretty good.
The mac at stadium road is also pretty nice place to chill around
doing nothing. there's a beer garden next to the mac with steep
prices but average food.
