When does it restart? Before or after the Windows logo? What's
the evaluation copy version? (7100, 7000 etc.)
This is relevant because Windows evaluation copies from 7000 all
the way to pre-release have 2 hour shutdown timers installed to
make sure you buy the real thing and to make sure you can't use it
as the main OS.
