if it's a minor bit of work, then try DIY lor,
you'd need some fine sand paper, maybe even some bits of body
filler/putty, plus paint and primer ...
you can match the colour exactly by looking up your colour code
.... of course, the new spot would not be aged and would stand out
a bit ...
